Is seeing believing? Photographic truth, there's a degree of truth to every photograph. Sometimes photography can function as a time stamp. Context is always the most important. That results in your truth; having a curious eye.

Find a sign---a visual production (an artwork, an advertisement poster, a magazine cover, etc.). Think about how it is composed as illustrated below in the diagram. Try to identify what is the "signifier" and what is "signified."

SIGN: Woman cooks, cleans, stays at home with children, no job or responsibility, cooks for man who works and has "valid" stress to drink beer. It's okay if you burned dinner honey we can have beer for dinner.

SIGNIFIED: Woman cooks, cleans, stays at home with children, no job or responsibility, cooks for man who works and has "valid" stress to drink beer. If your wife burns dinner it's okay you'll always have a Schilling beer to drink. Will ease her being upset because she burned the only thong she was responsible for. Women are emotional, and men are steady and ease wife's feelings.
